One day, a British old lady came to us with a gentle and loving concept. She wished to discuss the older woman in UK. The artist didn’t wish to poke fun at the old age. She wanted to demonstrate how to show respect, love, courage and how to live each day. She came to us with her ideas and I was impressed in the simplicity of her ideas but they have great power. Lifestyle of Older Women

Her response to us was that older women in the UK have a lot of stories in their hearts. There are stories that are happy and there are stories that are quiet. Some contain work, family, care and change. Lots of older females have actually lived in various eras and witnessed the quick change of life around them. These women are intended to be real people, the artist wanted to display them as such. She did not want people to feel distant from her, she wanted them to feel close to her.

#1. Getting Off the Floor Needs a Game Plan

As I listened to her, I began to recall a lot of older ladies I’d seen in my everyday experience. I remembered their smiley faces, their feet of caution and their eyes that were friendly. I can recall that they would see the little details that I and the other younger people would overlook. They knew how to be silent and patient and how to have a simple happiness. The artist’s point was that with old age comics these feelings can be expressed in a light and gentle manner, without harming anyone.
